Why
should I choose a villa and not a hotel?
Hotels
in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will probably
pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire villa
for up to 10 people! In addition you are not just in one room,
you have individual lounge, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms
and of course your own private heatable swimming pool with covered
terrace (lanai). If you wish to meet with other guests you've also
got all the resort amenities to share. There are also 7 TV's, 7
videos, Dvd player, play-station 2 and a music Center so there's
plenty of choice for the whole family. A perfect solution to all your
holiday needs.

Why
should I choose your villa?
Our
villa is brand new and is located on the best resort, Windsor Palms,
with its unrivalled facilities and fantastic location. No
expense has been spared furnishing the villa, or equipping the resort
so you will be living in luxury throughout your stay. Once you've
stayed at the villa we're sure you'll be back or recommend us to your
friends and family.

Is
there maid service available?
There
is an optional maid service available at an extra cost. This service
includes a thorough clean of the villa. All bedding is washed
and beds are remade, all pots, pans and utensils are washed and
replaced in cupboards. Just leave for the parks in the morning and
the villa will be spotless on your return. A great option for busy
parents who deserve a luxury break. Just request maid service from
the management company during your stay or let us know before you
depart and we'll arrange it for you.

- There
are 7 TV's and 7 videos so that the kids can watch what they
want anytime. A short walk away (2 minutes) the clubhouse has
pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a play area with swings
and slides etc.

do I collect my key?
- You
pick your key up from the management company located a couple of
miles east on US 192.

much does pool heat cost?
- We
charge just $120 or £80 per week. Remember you'll only require
heat in the winter months. Please note that it takes between 12 an 24
hours to heat the pool so if requesting it on arrival there will be a
delay before the pool is up to temperature. Of course, if
requested at time of booking the pool heat will be switched on prior
to your arrival.

many other villas we provide all these free of charge. Just request
at time of booking.

certain times we do offer reduced rates, please enquire about your
preferred dates to see if we can offer you a preferred rate.

there disabled facilities at the villa/resort?
- Although
the villa is not specifically design for the disabled it is still
suitable for most people. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms on the ground floor. All baths are low to allow
easier access.

- All
resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra charge.

- How
do I book and what is the cancellation policy?
- The
booking process is very simple. The basic steps are:

Check
availability with us by phone, fax or email.

We
contact you via telephone or email to set up the booking. We will
then require you to complete a simple booking form and place a $150
or £100 per week deposit to secure the booking. The management
company will detail clauses such as the refund policy. If this
is a worry please email us and we'll send you full details. The
refund policy is no different to any standard holiday agreement.

- We
do have a brochure and would be happy to send it to you.
Please email us if you'd like a brochure. Please note that all
the information regarding our villa is on this site. We understand,
however that some people do not have permanent Internet access and
need to pass details onto friends and family.

employ a professional property management company. They look after
the villa and are also on hand to assist our guests.

management company would deal with any issues that arise during your stay.

any safety features?
- As
the villa is brand new it has all the safety features required by
state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors, child
safety fence around the pool and interior security lighting in case
of an emergency. A fire extinguishers are also supplied for your
family's safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc to be used
in the pool area.

- Will I get a
discount if I visit the villa again?
- If
you revisit us any time within the next three years of your original
vacation stay we'll guarantee to offer you the same price as on your
first visit. This is to show our appreciation for giving us your
business in the first few months of our business.

- Yes
there is a shop by the pool. It sells day-to-day items such as
snacks and drinks.

- What movies can I
see at Windsor Palms?
- The
pool shop has about 20 movies at any one time. Just ask and your
family can watch a film in the 58-seat cinema. It's like having your
own movie theatre. The cinema is of course free as are all resort facilities.

- How do prices in
the US compare with the UK?
- Prices
in the US are much cheaper than in the UK. For example petrol is
about 90p per gallon and a Big Mac is about 90p. If you want to buy
clothes the local Belz Outlet Village is the place. You will
not believe the prices on branded goods if you've not visited before.

- What is your
smoking policy?
- Although
not possible to enforce we would really appreciate it if you would
not smoke in the villa. We have spent lots of time, effort and
money on the villa and would like to keep in great condition. We also
find that many guests prefer a smoke free environment. Of
course you're more than welcome to smoke around the pool, which is
probably where you'll spend much of your time.

to the parks?
- The
resort management at a nominal price offers transport.

course nearby?
- There
are many golf course's close by. At present the Windsor Palms
resort is negotiating preferential prices with the closest course for
all its guests. This course is less than 4 minutes walk from the villa.

its own phone?
- The
villa does have a phone and local calls are free. To make any
long distance calls you will need to give a credit card number to the
local phone company's operator. Full instructions are in the villa.

- Are there lots of
bugs and insects in Florida?
- Like
any hot climate there do tend to be more insects. However, a pest
control company treats the villa each week. The private pool is
also screened so you won't have any problems with bugs during those
long lazy evenings.
